Authority, Duties and Responsibilities

The duties of the PMSU in the Ministry and within the scope of Health Transformation and Social Security Reform Project are as follows:


1. Coordinating between the national and international parties and the implementing units of our Ministry under the project implementation;


2. Providing technical assistance to the implementing units of our Ministry during the project implementation process;


3. Ensuring that the project is concluded in time and within the limits of the allocated budget thereto;


4. Monitoring and assessing the project implementation regularly;


5. Managing and regulating the relations between the project implementation units;


6. Proactively identifying the problems that may lead to failure to complete the project successfully and taking preventive measures for such problems;


7. Auditing the compliance of the unit's activities with the project goals.
